IZ Awards Memo Game ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application ("the App").

If users connect with Apple Game Center for achievements/leaderboards, the App may access the account ID provided by Apple.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as name, phone number, or contacts).

2. Advertising and In-App Purchases (Future Updates)

In future updates, the App may include:

Advertising: Ads from trusted networks (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google AdMob).

In-App Purchases: Items or upgrades processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases (IAP).

3. Permissions

The App does not request access to sensitive permissions (camera, microphone, location, or contacts).
Only standard iOS permissions required for saving progress or connecting with Apple Game Center may be requested.

The App is suitable for all ages, including children under 13.

COPPA compliant: No personal information from children is collected directly by the App.
If connected to Apple Game Center, any data is handled according to Apple’s privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services strictly for functionality:

Apple Game Center: Achievements, leaderboards.

Apple In-App Purchases (IAP): For future in-app purchases.

Ad Networks: For future ads, such as Apple Search Ads or Google AdMob.

These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

5a. Legendaryum Integration (Optional)

Our app allows users to submit scores to participate in rankings managed by our partner, Legendaryum.

This feature is entirely optional; users can play the game fully without connecting to Legendaryum.

Xproplay does not access, store, or manage any data from Legendaryum accounts.

Users who wish to delete their Legendaryum account must do so directly through Legendaryum’s platform, following their procedures.

6. IZ Awards Brand Use

The App uses the IZ Awards brand, logos, and visuals under license. All rights were ceded by IZ Awards to Xproplay for use within this App. Any unauthorized use outside of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Security

Gameplay and device data are stored securely.

Transmission of data (e.g., scores or achievements) is protected using industry-standard security.

Since no sensitive personal information is collected, risk of data breach is minimal.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

New features (ads, in-app purchases, permissions).

Legal requirements or improvements to user protection.

Updates will include a new "Last updated" date.
