Offline Mode (No Login):

The App operates entirely offline.

No personal data, device data, or usage data is collected, stored, or transmitted.

Optional Online Features (Ranking):

If the user chooses to log in to access the ranking system:

Gameplay statistics: score, completion time, and ranking identifier (idRanking).

These data are sent to the Legendaryum website for ranking storage and display.

The App does not collect or manage:

Names, email addresses, country, language, or user profiles.

Any authentication credentials.

All user account data is handled directly by Legendaryum through Google Authentication.

2. Authentication (Optional)

Login is optional and required only to participate in online rankings.

Authentication is performed via Google Sign-In on the Legendaryum platform.

The App does not store or control user account information.

Users may play the App entirely without logging in.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional cosmetic skins.

Purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (Unity IAP).

No purchase or payment information is stored or processed by the App or by Legendaryum servers.

4. Advertising

The App does not contain advertising of any kind.

5. Permissions

The App does not request access to sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

Only standard system permissions required for basic functionality may be used.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages.

Contains fantasy violence in a humorous and stylized cartoon context.

COPPA compliant: The App does not collect personal data from children.

Login and online features are optional and not required to play.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services only when the user chooses to use online features:

Legendaryum (ranking storage and display).

Google Sign-In (authentication, handled externally).

Apple App Store In-App Purchases (billing).

Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy.

8. Data Security

Only minimal gameplay statistics are transmitted when ranking features are used.

Data transmission follows standard security practices.

Since no sensitive personal data is collected by the App, the risk of data breach is minimal.
